Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and the Third Congressional District in Utah both used the same voting machine in the 2006 primary, the Diebold TSX, but the poll workers in each group had dramatically different experiences with the technology. This experience can likely be traced to differences in poll-worker training implemented by election officials.
